Maison Kayser is one of the most internationally recognized pastry shops and is coming to make its debut at Merida International Airport. Since June 17, 2022, Maison Kayser transports you to a Parisian café and, in this case, with a Mexican touch. The menu consists of typical French dishes with some Mexican classics such as chilaquiles but we can not forget to mention that the specialty is bread and pastries. For those passengers in a hurry or for those looking to sit back and wait, Maison Kayser is perfect as it has a seating area with waiter service and a ready-to-eat food and beverage bar. Located in Concourse C in front of gate 4 and in the check-in area.
