At MERA, we believe in continuous learning as a key tool for delivering service that’s authentic and high-quality. As part of this commitment, the Bar Technology course was held for staff in Cancún, including teams from the airport and Bubba Gump.
The goal of this training was to strengthen product knowledge across our bar offerings and improve drink preparation techniques. With the participation of 124 team members—mostly bartenders—this course provided a dynamic and enriching learning experience.
