- Teams from Mexico, Panama, Colombia, and Ecuador participated, strengthening our multicultural essence.
- We gathered the valuable opinions of 4,356 collaborators, who shared their perceptions of our culture, leadership, and work environment.
This exercise allowed us to listen, understand, and continue driving our ability to adapt, identifying opportunities to continue evolving. At MERA, we believe that a solid culture is built every day through actions that add value, leaders who inspire, and teams that collaborate.
